Turkish Journalists Association's 2010 Freedom of Press Awards were distributed on the July 24 Traditional Journalists Day in İstanbul.

Journalist and Writer Sedat Ergin was deemed worthy of the Freedom of Press Award this year.

Independent Communications Network BİANET received the 2010 Freedom of Press Award in the institutions category.
